Terms of Use

Your access

These terms form an agreement between you and the developer and operator of EORMCON (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting “Agree & Continue,” accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Core terms

Service description The app provides cryptocurrency and stock market information, charts, news, asset research, comparisons, calendars, currency conversion, educational materials, favorites, and simulated portfolio and trading tools. Features and available data may vary by device, region, and data availability.

No account or paid service The current version does not require an account, identity verification, subscription, or in-app purchase. Your network provider or other third parties may still charge for connectivity or services you choose to access outside the app.

Online and third-party content Market data, company information, news, images, websites, and social or community links may be supplied by external providers. Their availability, accuracy, delay, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing the terms of any third-party service you open.

Local records and permissions Favorites, recent searches, simulated holdings, simulated orders, preferences, and App Lock settings are generally stored on your device. Camera or photo access is optional and used only when you choose an image for feedback. Device authentication is handled by iOS; the app receives only the authentication result.

License and acceptable use We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app as permitted by law. You must not misuse the service, disrupt or probe its systems, bypass security or access controls, automate abusive requests, copy or resell protected content, or use the app unlawfully.

Eligibility and responsibility You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. If you are not of legal age where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize and supervise your use. You are responsible for your device, your local records, and all decisions made from information displayed in the app.

Availability and changes We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content, and may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy and contact The Privacy Policy explains on-device storage, network requests, permissions, service providers, retention, and your choices. Questions about these terms may be sent to EORMCON@gmail.com.

Digital assets, securities, derivatives, and foreign exchange can be volatile and may result in substantial or total loss. Past performance, historical data, simulations, rankings, analyst views, and educational examples do not predict future results.
You alone are responsible for assessing suitability, legality, risk, and tax consequences and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate. Do not make a financial decision solely from the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, reliance on content, local data loss, or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
